All shipments
will be made by United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel
Service (UPS) depending upon your choice of carrier. We will ship
to the U.S., Canada, Western Europe and The Carribean. No shipping
insurance will be provided. If a shipment is damaged in transit,
it is your responsibility to notify us and the carrier promptly.
Claims not made in a timely manner may not be exchanged/returned.
We reserve
the right to refuse any orders in which we believe or suspect that
the order was made with the intention to defraud a consumers credit
card. These types of orders are rampant on the Internet, and
to protect unsuspecting consumers, we will not fulfill these orders.
If you have an unusual order, we suggest you call
and speak with a customer representative before placing your order
online.

| RETURNS,
DAMAGE, EXCHANGES AND SHORTAGES |
| All claims and
exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All approved
returned goods will result in a credit to your account or credit card,
which can be applied to a future purchase. Garments with numbers,
logos, other printing and custom designed uniforms, or with any modification,
may not be returned .For exchanges and returns, all applicable
freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be
prepaid. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to
determine whether a replacement or adjustment is valid. |
