It's always a good idea to teach your team to race to the ball and execute throw-ins quickly. The younger the kids the higher the impact. While the defense is still trying to figure out what's going on, your team's already moving down the field. It helps a lot if your team always knows whose responsibility it is to take the throw. On my teams it's the fullback on the defensive side of the field and the midfielder on the offensive side.
