Get a group of player (your team) and split them into two teams. The players must scatter around the field. A teamate starts off by throwing the ball OVER THEIR HEAD to another teamate. The person who catches it makes all their teamates go in front of him/her. They throw it to their other teamate (1 thats open). Keep on repeating. If a player throws the ball incorrectly, they must give it to the other team. If a teamate on the other team catches the ball that their opponent throws they will keep the game going by passing the ball to their teamates. Once a team gets close anough to the ball they must throw it high or low enough for their teamate to HEAD OR SHOOT into the goal.
