Talk Talk Talk

Goalies should always communicate. They should be yelling where they want their defense to go. They should be loud and clear so everyone can here them. Have your goalies during practice game get used to being loud and being heard. This also works for the entire team. Get everyone to know each others name before the season starts so they can call each other for the ball, to shoot, or to watch for the other team's offense.
