Have the players get into groups of 3. One will have a ball in his hands. The other two will stand one behind the other. The player with the ball will toss the ball over the first players head and the player behind him will have to jump and head the ball back to the player that tossed the ball. The player heading the ball should be right behind the player in front of him and heading the ball back at the highest point possible. Do this about 10 times then rotate.
