Technique: 1. Eyes OPEN and on the ball at all times. 2. Mouth CLOSED so tongues doesn't get bitten or teeth don't crack together. 3. Use forhead to make contact with ball. 4. Tense neck muscles when making contact with ball. 5. use arms to help get more power on the header by holding up in front then on contact, sharply retract them to the side. 6. Follow through with head.
