When i was having trouble teaching my team to shoot on target, i found that if i gave them a margin of error between two cones, starting with them about 5 meters apart, then slowly moving them together, their accuracy started to improve! By the end of the training session, nearly all of my players could shoot accurately, with one or two minor exceptions. You are free to use this tip for your team. See if it makes a difference!
