Evreyone, even the forwards and attacking midfielders, has a defensive responsibility on the field. On my teams, I like to have everyone but one forward come back, not always all the way, and help with defense. Not only does this teach good discipline, it also teaches the players to trust eachother on both ends of the field and also produces players that are more well-rounded
