Being a catcher it is hard to locate the ball. First you want to locate it, then remove your mask while keeping your eye on the ball then... run...if you are behind the plate and it is it right in front of the plate, you want to always face the backspin of the ball. Because of the backspin it will spin right out of your glove if you dont.
