The key to enhancing your teams goal scoring ability is that they know each other well. When I coach I usually start by having everybody introduce themselves to each other and then i start a passing drill with pairs that works like this ... Player 1: (Kicks) "Jack" Player 2: (kicks) "Mike" Player 1 (Kicks) " 11yrs old " player 2 (kicks) "12 yrs old" etc etc until they share plenty of interpersonal information with each other - then they find a new partner to pass with. When everyone knows their team- mate better they are more inclined to pass the ball to them and to think ahead. Its through passing that goals get scored.
