I found your site to be very helpful! As a first time flag football coach of boys 5-7 yrs, I found it a lot different than when I coached boys 12-14 in baseball. I have two children on the team that I coach and I insist that my boys refer to me as Coach instead of dad! I find this helps the other kids (and parents) feel there is no favoritism to my boys.
