Playing heads up with a reciever.

Andrew Jones on 15-May-2007 at 13:31:57

When playing head up with your reciever, a good tip is to watch his chest not his eyes nor feet. Now, you want to work on hand position, if the recievers first step is to the right, then you want to punch with your left hand. And vice-versa. But also remember to keep your feet moving because you do not want to end up lounging. Lounging will have you chasing, and you don't want to do that. So keep your feet moving, punch with the correct hand and then you do not have to worry about getting burnt.
